Accidental Death of an Anarchist

“Accidental Death of an Anarchist “, by Dario Fo, directed by Adrian Goldman.

Written by a Nobelist, this play is a left-wing agit-prop polemical farce, which combines slapstick out of the commedia del arte tradition with a strong political satire. The play grew out of a real event in Italy in late 1969: the "accidental death" of an anarchist arrested in connection with a bomb at a Milan bank. The play in performance has always been spiced up with topical references, and the same is true of this production.  Come along and enjoy!
